Pretty impressive using a 14' 6" pole about 10lbs over your body weight from 6 lefts. The key issue I see is you are blocking big time. You need to let your shoulders rotate back as you take-off. Your bottom hand should end up almost over your head if your shoulders rotate enough. Be sure to keep the bottom arm elbow bent outwards to create a "window" to see through which will allow the shoulders to rotate back easily. This will also allow you to drive your chest into the take-off and create the maximum reverse "C" positiion with an almost straight trail leg that you need. Get this and you will be crushing that pole. You will be able to get a true free take-off when you stop blocking. If you get a free take-off when blocking, you won't make the pit as blocking kills penetration, not to mention alot of other things.

You can never watch the following video of Bubka enough. Watch how he lets his shoulders rotate back ( bottom elbow bent out creating a window ), which allows his chest to drive though into a perfect take-off position.
