Biggest things that I'm seeing, is you take off, under, about 6 inches. whether this is intentional or not, I don't know, but regardless, a free take-off, would help you to not loose any speed, while getting on to the pole. Your legs do look like their cadence is fast and short (good), opposed to slow and long (bad). Do you know what your mid-step is?? That would help, cause either you're legs aren't quick enough (they look it, but it's still kinda hard to tell from only being able to see the last few steps), or you're step isn't back, enough (the start of your run).

In addition, you break your trail-leg (left), too early. You should have a smooth, powerful swing, after take-off, which puts primo-energy into the pole. YOU, break it (bend it), and just get your hips over your head. It gives you a pretty good inversion and top-end, however, it lessons the amount of power you put into the pole.

Now, this next thing has been up for discussion for the past 30 years, practically, but to me, you may be locking out, a bit, with your bottom arm. which might be why you have to break your left leg to invert. (**locking out your bottom arm, can stop your swing-motion, and made it very difficult to invert). It looks like you break it, accordingly (after take-off), so maybe I'm mistaken, but it's food for thought.

Other than that, you have a terrific drive-knee  -6P
