This was yesterday's practice. I'm stuck on a really soft 15 160; 20.6 because i'm waiting on 2 new poles to come in. In high school i was jumping on 15'6's but my coach wants to get me more efficient so i'm using 15's until outdoor.
Grip: 14 maybe lower
Height: 16 ft bungie
takeoff: 10ft-11ft the long thicker line is 12ft
I kno my left arm is coming in, that i usually don't do but i tend to get out of it later in the season. My vert is a lot better than it was in High school but i'm having trouble pushing off, it might be due to the pole. idk. Please let me know what you think.

First thing's first... get taking off free. You have quite a hefty bend before you're off the ground.
Do you have any video with your run included? Certain approach mistakes can often be factors in a poor take-off...
