Um, was down the shore today, vaulting. I think it reached a high of 45 degrees and it was rather windy...you can tell i'm all budled up...except those other two kids are in shorts...but they're weird.

OKAY, um, since it was so cold, i pretty much worked on a small pole, from a very short run.
BREAKDOWN:
Strait Poling: I think i kinda "got away" from the pole a bit, on the pull/push, but idk, maybe that's not so wrong, i'm not sure, afterall, strait-poling it not my area of expertise haha. i woulda gripped higher, but it was so cold, that i pretty much couldn't hold a high grip cause my hand kept slipping

Jump 1: I broke my left leg, very early, before i could finish swinging and i think i may have pulled a little bit, right after take-off.
Jump 2: Once again, i broke my left leg, very early, causing me to go right to my back.
Jump 3: Took a very long stride on the last step

Jump 4: I swang long, but i dropped my drive-knee, so i didn't invert well, and shot out, instead of up. ALSO, i noticed that i didn't extend my top arm, on the push-off, however, i think that's just a side-effect, of shooting outward.
Jump 5: Started to swing my left leg through, but then dropped my drive-knee and broke my left leg {the double death}

After that, i just did some light bounding stuff, such as bunny-hops, leap-frogs and box-jumps. My shin was killing me though cause i got kicked there, a few days earlier, but it's okay haha
SO yea, let me know what you think. I'll go into "other business" in my Blog, in the training thread. But I WILL SAY, that this will be my last outdoor-vaulting, until March. I'm moving to an indoor facility, so weather can't effect me so much. -6P
