I'm sure you're aware that your take-off is still under, and if you take it slow through your swing you should notice you're kind of sitting on the pole instead of being active.

Big improvements, good job!

You are ready for a bigger pole. Your first jump you have a low take off angle, and you sink into the jump. Yet you still blow through.

On your second jump, finish your inversion by pulling hard to get your hips higher. On the next pole up you will blow that bungee up.

You're right! But now you need to make it consistent. Focus on that and your trail leg staying straighter through the cord.

Lowering your grip 3 inches will actually help you clear that bungee at this point in vaulting. It will also train you to swing faster to catch up with that pole.

Oh if you only knew how hard i'm workin on that haha... but yes, yes i do.

and i'll keep that in mind.

every time i move up in poles, it feels like i'm not going to get any penetration, and come down in the box. Granted, it also felt like that when i REALLLY started getting inverted, but who knows.
