Your drive-knee doesn't stay strong all the way. Pause right after you're through the cord.

you're right... thank you. i also don't keep my trail leg straight the entire time.

i'm just trying to see whats keeping me from consistently making 14' jumps and having a shot at 15'

You're still under. Stop the video on your plant. See how your foot is still on the ground and the pole is starting to bend? That shows you are under. Good news is, with the take off stripes clearly visible on the video you can use that info to get that take off about 6" to 10" farther out. Later....Mike

MIKE!!!

yeah man, that free takeoff is eluding me right now from a full approach.
i'm getting decent at hitting it from 4-5 lefts but after that, its no dice.

i feel like i'm getting a lot more inverted on these though...
suck it up.

Yes you are. These jumps are so much better than your first batch of videos. Now you're scraping the bungee where as before you were creamin' it. Use what Coach Job and I have sent you. You've got a month (well almost) to get ready for your season. Don't forget those hill pole runs. Stay tall and strong! Later..............Mike
