Sorry, that verification letter/cat thing is impossible...

And by the way, it's not the computer that makes it slow, it's the server that youtube uses that makes it slow... (All the other videos being uploaded slow it down...)

To me it looks like you've got a pretty smooth plant, but you're under by a foot and a half, and then you curl-swing. Your best jump was definitely your last one though.

Jump 4 was an ok jump by whoever it was, but your jump didn't have anywhere near a free take-off.

wait what do you mean by free- takeoff?

The explanation is rather lengthy. It is discussed quite a bit on this forum. Do a search on this forum and a gazillion threads will come up about the free take off. It's important for you to know. It's also covered in Beginner to Bubka. In short? It's a jump up at plant before the pole hits the back of the box. PLEASE do not take that explanation and run with it. Do the research. As I said, it's very important that you understand it. Later.............Mike

so is it's similar to an early plant?

That's what a good free take-off is preceded by. In the perfect free take-off, your pole is not loaded AT ALL until you're off the ground. To do this effectively, you need to be either right under your top hand (with your toes) or up to 6 inches outside (I'm not going to get into this pre-jump/outside take-off argument...today at least...) But anyway, do buy BTB2 for a better explanation and an in depth argument.

can i ask is it the free takeoff
that im having a problem with my jump (video 1)
is it the free take off thats not letting me swing back and faster ?

Almost everything wrong in the jump can be traced back to your acceleration into the box and take off. That is why doing the research on the take off is so important, its not just another 'tip' or small detail to work on. It is THE thing to work on.
