Congratulations!
For future videos, try to get the angle to be from the side... all I could really tell was that after you swing you tuck and shoot...
Oh and I especially liked the slow motion screaming.

NO! It's an energy killer. What you should be doing is trying to be COMPLETELY INVERTED WHEN THE POLE IS AT/JUST PAST ITS MAXIMUM BEND! This idea might sound kind of ridiculous, but this is exactly what should occur in the ideal vault. After your swing you should immediately push your shoulders down and slide your hips up. The objective in inversion is trying to be VERTICAL on a still-bent pole. VERTICAL. Not tucked. This also puts you in perfect position to begin a very natural turn, push/pull phase, and flyaway. Tucking and shooting is like tying yourself to a big rock and then throwing it. You're only going to get the energy generated in the throw. With the Petrov model, this metaphorical rock can be pushed after it's been thrown. Do you get what I'm saying?
