PR'd last week at my home meet. School is Augusta, KS.

Age:18
Grade: Senior
How long you have been jumping: Started in 6th grade
What pole you are on (length and weight rating): 14'7" 170
How high you are gripping: roughly 14'1"
What bar(s) you are attempting in the video: 14'6"

I know I can do better than this. I have been struggling with injuries this year which have limited my jumping sessions. From what I can tell i need to concentrate on keeping upward pressure with my hands instead of letting them just kind of sink on the pole. Also I am not dropping my shoulders back which I CAN do and have done before and have felt nearly a foot difference off the top of the pole.

thanks for the help.

Congratulations on your PR.

I think there are 2 reasons you aren't getting more feedback on this video.

#1 Your jump looks pretty darn good.
#2 The Youtube video is small, grainy, the frame rate seems low, and like all Youtube videos, hard to pause.

I don't know what kind of video editing software you have, but if you could put up a new one, zoomed in , higher rez, more frames/second, maybe even slow motion, that would help a bunch.

What I think isn't happening is a long trail-leg through the C-pole. That's why you aren't completely upside down at the start of 9 seconds...

But yeah, try to get a better video up, with a couple of jumps.
