Just gonna start by saying I'm not trying to be harsh

, I just want to respond to your request for a critique from top to bottom, hopefully it will help and you'll improve and vault that much higher.
A) Your plant looks pretty decent, both arms up, semi-decent drive leg, but you are not
jumping up and into the pole. You definitely are not blowing through that pole. That pacer can store and return a lot more energy than you are putting into it as of the video you posted. The stronger and higher the plant: the longer the pole will stay bent. This is what you need to work on as well as keeping your plant but jumping up and into the pole and also not breaking in your left arm so soon.
B) When the pole stays bent longer you will have more time to swing all the way through the pole and not just to the point where your feet are pointing at the bungee/cross bar. Your first and third jumps were the best. But what I would work on would be to focus on your plant and swinging all the way to the top hand that way you can elevate your hips with a pull turn instead of pushing them over the bar.
C) At then end of the swing and at the initiation of the pull turn, elevating one's hips through a "bubka" essentially gives you an extra foot of height. By using the pole as a fulcrum of sorts, elevating the hips and shoving the shoulders vertically down and horizontally toward the pit, will put you completely inverted and perpendicular to the ground (the perfect position for a proper pull/turn.
D) Try doing some fly/away work and that should allow you to be more consistent on top of the pole.
Anyways hope I wasn't too brash, best of luck, vault high, vault safe.
