help with vaulting

This should really go in the Video Review forum, but anyways. It looks like you've got a pretty close grip. That's gonna make it hard to drive that bottom arm up. Another thing is that it looks like you're a bit under. When you plant, you're not planting up. You're planting with the pole just higher than your head. That's a problem...make sure you extend your arms up and plant high. Those three things probably lead to you hugging the pole so badly and not getting that rockback you need.
