Practice jumps/15.6 with small pole. plz critique

i'm jumping on my small pole, 15ft 155lbs Pacer. i'm griping 13'6 and the bungie is at 15'6 on everyjump but the last one (15ft) Also the standards are buried so i hit it on the way down, but thts okay. lol. I know tht i am under and i am trying to work my steps back. Plz lemme know what u think of my jumps. Thanx!!!

How short of a short run is that? You are movin really fast into the box!!

You are right, take off is a little under. It really slows you down at the box. A lot of those jumps look like your momentum stops, THEN goes upward. A more free take off will help a lot with that, but make sure to jump up with as much angle as you can as well. I think you could jump up a little more given your speed. Thats all i have to say!

i'm going from 5 lefts, so 10 steps. Yea i've been trying 2 do tht but its kinda hard. but i'll work on it thanx

Yea i know, its a trade off between speed and take off angle till you get the hang of it. Either you run fast but cant jump with good angle, or you go a little slower and jump with more angle. Im actually working on putting the two together right now too.
