hey guys. so i had districts today and ended up getting on a new pole and also getting a new PR. previous PR at 13'6. The video is my jump at 14'0 and my best attempt at 14'6. sorry for the filming haha but iv been trying to tell my parents to actuallly get me in the picture but whatever.

pole- 14'0 ucs spirit 170lbs.(handgrip=13'6).
height- 5'10
weight- 143

i noticed i was a little bit under and i think its because i was running faster than usual.
