16'1 3/4'' (4.92 meters)...Please Review

These videos are from the DIII National Indoor Championships which were held at Ohio Northern University. The first is full speed and the second is in slow motion. Please critique and post comments!

I understand the angle and distance isn't great but these are the only shots I have. Use the Full Screen view for the Slow Motion Shot, it's a lot easier to see.

Height: 5'7

Weight: 147 lbs

Its very hard to tell from that angle. But it looks like you might be a little under, or not finishing your take off. It just seems like your jump gets slowed down at the box a little, considering how much speed you bring into the box.

You might benefit from a step or two longer run. Just a thought, but it seems like you are sprinting all out the entire run. You are obviously having success the way you are so its definitely just something to think about, but it would give you more control and upright posture on the runway going into your last 6 strides.
