First thing I noticed is your grip is too wide. Shoulder width is what I
believe most recommend. Pole positioning during run up looked pretty good but I'd like to see you run a little taller. I don't know if I'd move up a pole (from what I saw). I still think there is more that you can do with the one that you are on. I'd also like to see a couple of shots with a crossbar. When you don't have one or you are using a bungee, it always leads to being sloppy at the top or better put, I can't see what you do when you get there. The whole point of vaulting is to get over a bar. By not using one I feel it's kind of like trying to nail two boards together by having a hammer, two boards and no nails. The jumps do look better than the shot you had on your avatar sometime back. Keep it up. You're doing the right things. Just continue to do more "tweeking". Mike

You seem to drop your front hand before you start your plant with your top hand. Making your take off low. You never really want to 'drop' your front hand rather than just have it start to initiate the forward and up motion. You don’t want your hand to move down and then up, just rather up.
It appears that you’re really blocking your self out from getting in. Your front hand needs to get up to allow your body to get in. That will help with your ability. This with goes along with the above post, if you shorten your handgrip that is going to help with getting your plant up, rather than out. If your shorten up your grip this will allow your body to get in and help with your shoulders to drop.
Meanwhile it appears that you don’t really drop your shoulders a whole lot. Keep trying to drop your shoulders and get upside down so you can get up the backside of the pole a little more.
It doesn't look like your plant is late, but because your front arm is so low its setting you up with some problems. Keep trying to jump up and have a bit tall take off.
I agree with the above, your running looks okay, but really try and stand up tall when you run, and really lift your knees a little bit more, your pole carry is nice and high and that’s a good thing, I think your 2nd to last vault was your best in terms of the plant being a little bit more tall at take off.
I don’t think you need a bigger pole right now. It’s hard to tell with out seeing bar. If you start to blow through the pole then you will need more fiberglass. If you start to fix your plant you could use more pole in your hands.

It looked like your step was in on all your jumps too. Maybe not though, it was hard to tell... In addition to what others have said, you don't roll your hips up at all really. You get your feet up there and then give out. But that's mostly just because of everything else you do before that phase.
