This is a 14' jump, it isn't a great jump but this jump displays my most common problems. I have been having difficultly dropping my shoulders to become completely inverted.
There are 2 video links. They are both of the same jump but the first one is full speed and the 2nd is in slow motion. It is much easier to view in slow motion, the other is just there for reference.
If you spot anything that I could use help with I would appreciate it greatly.

It isnt that you are having trouble dropping your shoulders, you are having trouble swinging all the way to the top.
Cause: You break your trail leg after it passes underneath you, and ball up, then shoot your feet while not fully inverted at the bar.
Effect: After you break your trail leg, you stop the flow of energy into the pole that you had when you were swinging with a straight leg. Obviously you are jumping on poles way over your weight which is awesome, but as soon as you stop the energy flow the pole is going to recoil. You dont have time to get fully inverted before it shoots you out.
Solution: do pop ups and swing with a straight trail leg the entire time and keep your hips moving the whole time. Then try it on your softest short run poles. It should feel like one continuous motion during the entire vault. That continuous flow of energy is crucial to your jumping, and with your skills theres no doubt you can jump 16+ once you figure it out. Awesome jumping!!

yah, your ending your swing to early, keep driving your need, you kinda of switch to a double leg swing near the end of your swing, it just looks funky.

Thanks for the comments, I moved to a 5 step approach on a softer stick and really worked on my technique for 3 straight weeks with no full approaches. We had our conference track meet this weekend and I PR'd with a mark of 15'11'' and took 1st!
