Looks pretty good to me! Sure I could nitpick some stuff but why? You will continue to refine but I like what I see. Congrats! Bubba

looks good man..my suggestion is with your form you could probably get on a bigger pole than a 14' catapole..even from 4 lefts...

Thanks for the compliments, but I'm looking for criticism as well...any thoughts?
I'm mainly trying to figure out why I can jump basically the same thing from my shorter run (5 lefts) as my longer runs. Here are my PR's.
5 lefts: 14'
7 lefts: 14'6"
8 lefts: 14'5.25"
The 5 left PR I jumped about two weeks ago, and I certainly wasn't at my best. Do I just need to get on bigger poles? Higher grips? Or should speed/plyos/strength be my main concern at this point? I truthfully think I should be vaulting in the 15 foot range by now, but I have yet to jump that high! I'll try to get some video up of some of my more recent jumps, and in the mean time I am very open to criticism.
Thanks!

looks like you're under a little big, but other than that, it all looks really good...

seems like everything is just a little slow. I think it starts from your takeoff. your chest isnt really traveling; I think it has something to do with your left arm. Because of this the pole isnt really bending as much as it should be, so u might not be catching the ride.
