hello. this is a vid of my final meet for the season. I progress from 10'6" to 12'6 with my only misses at 12'6. I felt like my trail leg was a less straight than usual and I wasn't getting close enough to the pole. Any suggestions? Thanks.

haha i like the polethrough!!!!

But um, your trail leg is bent, you lose alot of power that way. you can get on lot of bigger poles with your speed, if you just keep your trail leg strait. and when you invert, you let your legs flag out, you lose alot of hight that way

Most good swing drills are done on a high bar. Also, I noticed that your pole is loaded a lot before you take off... Don't block with your bottom arm. That's the reason you stalled on that one vault. Keep it flexed out slightly, and make sure you aren't under on your step.
