Here are some clips of me at practice. I'm about 5'4'', weigh about 115, and am using a 12'6" 125 for the height at 12' and a 13' 145 at 13'. Not the best practice--we had a monster crosswind. But I have only a couple practices left until the season-ending meet, so any advice would be appreciated. My guess is that my left arm is blocking my inversion(it usually doesn't though) and my swing is off. Any suggestions?

P.s. I'm working on not landing on my feet

First jump you slowed down and lengthened your last two steps. Should be the opposite. Quit looking at the crossbar. This prevents you from moving up the pole. You're tucking rather than rotating around your shoulders. The leg position at take off is pretty good but tucking that trail leg like you do scrubs off energy and thus prevents you from going up the pole, rotating around your shoulders and covering your grip. Steve White says the thought of "going over" is the same as the thought of "coming down".Looking at the crossbar is done to assure yourself that you're going to make the pit. Thus causing you to think about "going over" and in turn is bringing you down. Mentally concentrate on going up. The over will take care of itself. Good luck! Later.................Mike

Yeah, I don't really see that many problems besides what everyone else said.
