it depends, is that as far back as you go? If so, you are most likely flagging out when you try to clear the bar, or at the very least you arent getting your maximum push.

But if your hips keep moving after that point and you get completely connected with the pole, you are doing well.

Either way, you want your legs together at that point in the vault with your toes pulled toward you. It also looks like you might be looking at the bar as well. If so, you are going to have to loose sight of it, or at least be comortable with loosing sight of it for jumps in the future. If you focus on it, you are likely to come out early.

the standards are at 80. i actually didnt flag out to badly this jump i did lose sight of the bar and got inverted better i just went behind the bar :( needed a bigger pole. i am working on getting the legs together and the toes towerds me but this is i think the 6th time that i have jumped since augest and that was a 14'8'' ish grip from 5 lefts

well good job! It would still just be helpful to see how connected you stayed during the rest of the jumps!

haha yeah i well i am happy anyways but i done have anyother video or pictures from this day unfortunatly but i am done with school soon and will be able to get real videos up soo and will put them here. thanks for responding by the way since you were the only one to do so

i think u re better than me until now i didnt come closer to that position
