Is that really 12'? How tall are you? What's your weight and what pole are you on?

Well it looks to me like the plant is a little late, just a little, But at your point of development, it's actually a pretty good plant, I think. You're not keeping your trail leg extended, which results in your hips being ripped from under you. And also try to keep your trail leg straight

Oh and also, don't jab out when you are running. Try to keep your left arm relaxed.

But as usual, I'm not a coach so I could always be incorrect with what I say.

The angles and make it difficult to see.... if you could get two from the same angle to compare it would make life easier...

But it looks as if your running form is pretty good, but it can be cleaner. More power needs to be put into the ground, from your 12-foot jump it looks like your turning over really nice, but not moving anywhere very quickly. Look into weight room training with squats.

From behind it doesn’t look like your getting hit too bad off the ground and its looks smooth. However from the side your plant looks late. Also when you’re trying to get out of your tuck, you seem to stop moving for a bit. Keep moving, make the vault more fluid, because when your not moving and the pole is, your loosing energy, that could be used to send you up.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound suspicious or anything. I guess it looks a little lower than it really is because it's on the lower peg of the standards.

top pegs at 14'6 it goes down in 6 inch increments you count em.

i had the bungee at 14 6

and my dad was too lazy to move the standards down in height so he just dropped the bar to the lower peg
