IMO...
You obviously sank on the first one. Other than that it looks pretty good except I think you could use a shorter grip on a stiffer pole since it moves through pretty slow and you don't catch all of it. This might help you get your shoulders under better on your invert.

It doesnt matter where you are gripping or what you are clearing, because if its clear you can get more out of the pole, that just means doing things right might help you clear 16'6 gripping 14'4. In my opinion, you could stay connected with the pole a little longer. you are obviously on a stiff pole for your weight to be blowing up 15'6 like that, because you actually come out and peak over the bar a little before you have recieved all the energy you put in. I Noticed on some of your jumps you keep the pole away from you just a bit, and i think if you stay tight and connected with that pole, and really keep your hips moving up you will vault 16'6. I also think your run could be a little more relaxed, let your shoulders and arms move up and down a little if they want to, and you might pick up a little more speed. Although, there have been some great vaulters with pretty mechanically runs. Your run really reminds me of Maston Wallace, whos now indoor national champ. Just a thought!

Great jumps, keep it up!
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
