obviously, im not expert, but thats exactly whats slowing me down a little right now too, so im working on the pole drop. Lowering it too early will make you have to hold it up more during your last couple steps, and with the weight pulling you out in front, it makes you want to over stride and little, and you wont have as much force at your take off. Im probably repeating what you already know, just think about letting it drop around the 4th left so that it falls naturally into the box on your last step. everything else looks amazing, keep up the great work and good luck to you and spencer both next year, should be interesting.hallvaulter wrote:thanks, i converted the video to a smaller format, ill have it up this afternoon.

Plant mechanics as in be taller faster at the plant im assuming?
Also, one thing my coach and i discussed was how i carried the pole too low during the run up phase, this was a while ago, however im not sure if it is fixed yet, ill have to look again.
