Looks pretty good except for a shifty pole carry, the dropping knee drive and somebody giving you a tap everytime.

I know a lot of coaches like to give a tap, but besides giving a false sense of security, I've seen too many vaulters become mental midgets because of it. It's been banned from competition warm-ups for a reason. I just think it's a "one person" event and all preparation leading up to your development as a vaulter should be the same. Think about it. If you have a great jump, it doesn't count anyway. Plus, if you get hurt, you're coach is to blame and will pay your medical bills.

Stop pumping the pole -get rid of the tap and dont run yourself under.

Maybe it's just me but I think you swing your head back. I would imagine that would be a problem?

I can't overemphasize the importance of checking your step at a mid-point. You can't diagnose what's causing you to be under if you are only checking your take-off mark. Moving your step back because you're under is rarely the proper solution.

I guess it's a bad thing to swing your head back when you're inverting because I've never seen a video of a good pole vaulter swing their head. I always thought that vaulters looked at their feet when they're inverting. I don't know if it's a big problem so maybe someone could expand on this.

in addition to what you've heard so far, i would say to work on getting your feet down more quickly in the last three steps before take-off to allow you to convert more of your horizontal momentum to vertical.
