I am aware of the fact that I have trouble not throwing my head back when I'm in the inverted position. I think if I continue to move my hands up my chest, and focus on my feet while keeping my head in the vault, my elbow won't be a factor anymore in stoping the invert.
Sorry for the quality, it was the best I could do...

Re: inversion critique
Look at your head position after takeoff. You continue to look down at the box. You need to look through your bottom hand as soon as you know you are in the box. Makes difficult to swing with chin down. Get on a high bar and trying swing with your head down. Then, swing up with your head up. You'll feel the difference.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Re: inversion critique
Thanks
Now that I'm thinking about it, my focus is kind of abrupt throughout the vault. I'll try to keep my vision in line and the 'jump up' into the swing and inversion with my vision instead of plowing my head into the drive..
