Hello PVP. This weekend I had my sectional meet to qualify for the state tournament. It was a good day. I opened at 14, passed to 15, then 15 6. I made all of these on my first attempt. I took three attempts at 16 and made it. Then 16 5, I almost had it on the third attempt. Below is 15 6, 16 and 16 5.

Sorry don't have time to do an analysis - and more importantly you don't have the time to make the necessary changes - but I can say with certainty that if you do clear up the technical problems you have, you can certainly jump 17+.

Thank you for the feedback. I mostly was looking for one or two minor tweaks to focus on this week in practice that could make the difference. I jump on Saturday so I have some time, but not much.

You can not fix a jump in a week. You can just focus on the important things. The first video looked like the best, the pole was just too small.
Key things. Jump on the 3rd pole the same way you did on the 1st pole. Do not sit up and look at the bar or turn so early. To get the pole to move as smooth you just have to really focus on keeping your feet quick and jumping at the take off and having a smooth continuous swing up and off the end of the pole.
