Last practice, i went back to a 6 left run. I got on a 13.7 170 pole. However, i never really swung up to vertical like i use to. Do you think it is just getting used to a bigger pole and a bigger run.
Here is one video at a 13.6 Bungee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqBcGRrzJvY
This video is at a 13 ft Bar with the standards at 27in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DF2t0fF ... e=youtu.be
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Switching the Run
Your step is out on both vaults, and you are decelerating as you approach the takeoff. First, get DJ's mid mark chart and put down a mid.
Your swing is stopping because you are breaking the pressure with your bottom arm and pulling. Both arms must stay over your head for you to continue swinging. I suspect that it could be due in part to the fact that your longer run has made it really easy for you to turn that pole over quickly, and you are rushing to inversion because you are blowing through. Put the standards 4ft back from the box, keep your left hand over your head instead of pulling it down in front of you face, and start going up poles.
