I have a vaulter I have been working short approaches with and focusing on swinging with a long body and keeping her head inline with the rest of her body. We have been raising the grip and it is going very well. See the link below for photos.

When she moves her step back and presses the bottom arm out her hips are getting stuck below her shoulders:

Any advice on where to go from here when trying to get her to carry the stiff pole drills over to longer approaches with bend in the pole?

She is pulling. Both arms must stay overhead for the body to swing. Have her focus on pushing all the way to the back of the pit.
