you have the same problems i have i tend to shoot out instead of straight out.

what i was told to help fix my problems was to drop my shoulders a little more and quit looking at the bar which was a bad habit for me

also my last step was flat as well as your was on your first vid i noticed you were a bit under and you didnt really jump up off the run way

if we fix those mistakes we could easily get 14 next season
