is it time to move up to a bigger pole?

i have my district track meet coming up and know i can p.r. again on the same pole but need help deciding whether to stay or to move up i am currently on a 13' 150lb altius and have a 14' 155 ucs spirit to move up to the rest of the info is in the video. standards were all the way back. also any other advice about my form! thanks for helping

That's going to be a huge jump in poles, and no, you're not ready for _that_ big of a jump. Check out this chart: http://www.skyjumpers.com/articles/pvpr ... table.html

My advice would be to try to borrow a 13' 160.
