It was my first day back to a long run in a while,
7 lefts from 88-89ish. On a 14' 6'' 165. I'm still tucking my trail leg quite a bit, but if you have seen my other videos I think you'll agree with me that I have made some improvements. This was my opening height of 12 feet at a practice meet.

it looks like your take off is under and its causing you to get sucked under and it hurts a swing.. you were right about your "tuck" but it doesnt look all that bad, the biggest thing you need to work on is getting your hips above your shoulders and getting completely inverted. My Coaches best explanation of this was "Pulling your Pants up". Once your hands reach your feet start a deadlift like motion to pull your hips above our shoulders. Hope this helps
