VP: I thought about what you said and realized that you might be right about the hips coming forward, HOWEVER, if you were to completely finish take-off and THEN, once the swing has started, move the hands forward, I just don't see a down-side. I move the pole into the pit. It's new for me and I haven't completely figured it out yet, but I'm gonna stick by my coach on this one and go with it until I find a flaw. -6P
