Well, i think you could be a little freer on the take off. But i know thats a constant thing that all of us are working towards. I just feel like your hips move under you a little before your take off is finished, thats all. You could break a little less with the hips on your inversion as well. That will come with a freer take off. Swing to the chord before breaking at the hips to finish... I paused as you reached the chord of the pole and your body was pretty flexed at the hips already. the first part of your swing right now comes from your legs and not your hips and this keeps you from being as long as you could be IMHO. Mentally visualizing pushing my hips out toward the pad when i swing is a mental que that helps me with swinging to the chord and being long with my inversion. A little less "tuck" a little more "bubka" is all. After that, just dont kick out at the bar even for a PR. Damn good jumpin Scott.
