Hey everybody, here are some videos of mine. All the info is in the description except that I've been jumping 3 months, I'm in 10th grade and my PR is 9 feet.

I'm not going to critique your vault per se, rather, just give you ways to start fixing it.

Head to the sand pit... Do jagodins from 1 and 2 steps focusing on a nice, tall, pre-jump and staying behind the pole.

Then head to the straightaway on the track with a BIG pole. Run at 80% your full speed while carrying the pole as you should in the first steps of your run (pole at ~70 degrees, powerful strides, knees up, etc.).

Stay on the track and walk, jog, and sprint your last 3 lefts, planting the pole in a controlled manner.

I don't think you'll get too many positive results from doing much other than those three drills at the moment, maybe other than some high bar work and short run vaulting over a DEEP bungie.

I wasn't supposed to be jumping so I didn't take it off. Is my knee drive good? Am i kicking through? Things I gotta find out here!

I hate to be a bother, but things I 'just gotta find out here'... Is there a coach within 1k of your pit? Or is that just a friend that's filming you...

No more help (from me at least) until you've got someone there to supervise. Do the drills I mentioned and you'll get better.
