Zach, is the reason you want them in quicktime because you can do frame by frame. if it is then there is no need because you can also do that in windows media player. you have to view enhancements and then speed options. hope it helps.

That's good info polevaulter08nw. I put videos on my web site for kids I coach. I wrote up some notes for them and include them here in case they might be helpful to users of WMP.
Depending on what version of Windows Media Player (WMP) you have installed, you can do a few things that are useful in watching vaulting videos.
1) you can play them at ½ speed (View>Enhancements>Play Speed Settings then click on the blue line at the 0.5 end ) (or Play>Play Speed>Slow)
2) you can have them automatically repeat (Play>Repeat)
3) you can have a playlist of all the files (or any combo) so they play in succession once you start any file. (Open an explorer window where you have saved your files, highlight the combination of files you want to play, drag and drop them onto the open WMP window on the right side.)
4) you can play them full screen (View>Full Screen) (also Alt-Enter toggles between regular and full screen)
5) you can use the spacebar as a Play/Pause toggle.
6) you can do a little bit of single step forward (click on the right facing “arrowâ€
