I went to a meet down in Arizona. My PR before the meet was 13' and now its 14'3. I think I should go to Arizona more often.

Congratulations on such a big PR!
However, I think that you're cutting off at least 8'' off your jump: the last phase of your run is slow, because you need to lean back to support that parallel pole. Keep it higher! You'll go so much faster! Also, you don't HIT the chord of the pole, you just go past it in a tucked position. Keep that leg long until you're way past the c-pole. Good luck!
