Seems like your plant might be a little late, but maybe not. Not the greatest angle to see that. Other than the loaded take-off, it's a great vault until you're past the chord of the pole. Then you begin breaking your trail leg and drop the drive knee a little bit. Then of course, you can't really cover the pole all that well, so you can only shoot out, not up, which is what you do. Even in that position you're in at 4 seconds into the video you could be a bit more efficient. Instead of kicking up right away, drop your shoulders down and try to move your hips up. A thought that might help you out is that you should basically be inverted when the pole is at its maximum bend. Hope that helps...

pause it when the pole is parralell to the ground durring the approach.
u will see where it's at. it needs to be higher around your ear or shoulder.
