Vaulting with one leg

Unread postby OH-IOvaulter » Wed May 14, 2008 11:23 pm

We all read these posts about the physics of the vault, take off angles, free take offs vs. pre-jumps, but here is something that is a lot more advanced than we have even breached upon. I'm not being facetious here, this kid is putting some great work in and I think we all should appreciate our ability to vault like we can and try to work with those that we know don't necessarily have out abilities.

What is nice about this sport is that I am responsible for most everything.
