				Any tips on getting me higher please??

				2 things:  
1:  You need to work on a higher knee drive down the runway.  Pull the ground underneath you (think like an ostrich), don't push off with feet.  
2:  A better knee drive will allow you to take off strong.  I can see the pole lifting you off the ground instead of you jumping UP and driving off the ground.  You're generating minimal power on the runway and take-off, so you're going to have minimal power on the swing up and zero power for everything else after that.

Thank you! Is there any drills that I should work on? I'm trying to qualify for states and tie the school record which is ten feet!

"Ostrich runs" are like the "high knee skips" in this vid. Watch how both the gal and the guy do this drill.

				Check the photos and comments on Instagram that I just put up @polevaults that are about sprinting technique compared to sprinting with a pole.
