Hey. This message is for KirkB. If you remember, I was struggling with some help about striding out over the last couple of steps. I was also complaining about some back problems as well. With the help of you and other coaches on this site (also SpongeBob), I think I am starting to really stop it. For about 2 weeks now my back has not been hurting at all Thank God! However, I think I still am about 3-6 in under which is totally better than 3ft. This is a video of a 4 left jump I took. The mechanics in my opinion are starting to look good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzIrmrx ... e=youtu.be Tell me what you think.
13' pole
51'4 ft run.
4 left
Bungee either 13 or 14 ft.
Your only as good as your last jump.
