should i move up a pole size?
so i had a college vaulter come help me this weekend and she told me that i needed to move up to a bigger pole. so i went from a 123lb 11'6" pole to a 127lb 12' pole. and i am already getting considerably better height and more time to swing up. we also have a 130lb 13' pole. would it be good to use it? its only 3lb difference and a ft. longer?

Re: should i move up a pole size?
so would it be better to stick with the 127 pole or the 130 pole? i think the 127 is actually 12'6" and the 130 is 13'. i weigh about 127-129.

It's time to move up poles when you are consistently knocking off the bar on your way up with the standards all the way back and landing deep in the pit.
