what pole to move up to

We have had our pits up for a week or so and i have been vaulting on a 12"6 150 spirit im 5 "4 and weigh around 145. I can clear 11' on my five step holding at 11'. Then on my six step holding 11"6 i clear 11"6. This is with the standards all the way back and im beginning to blow through. If i hold any farther back it just gets worse, its too small. Our two next poles to move up to are a 13ft 155 spirit. And a 14ft 150 pacer. what would you guys reccomend moving up to? I tried the 155 today holding at my 11"6 grip. Didnt get enough depth but i was pretty tired. Do you think i should continue to work on that pole? I will try to get video as soon as I can.

The 13' 155 is your only sensical option. Grip at 11'6" on your 6, then inch it up as you need to. Start out without a swing if you're really having difficulty adjusting.
