Vaulters Block
Cant get the energy transfered to the vault? Oh you though you had to bend the pole at the take-off?
If you are too close to the box at take off this happens! In reality the tip should be 2 inches out from back of box as you take off the ground. this way the swing is bending the pole! a block is caused by trying to bend the pole with the take off. It is so simple it is kicking you in the face. Ease into your take off put the pole up in the air as high as you can extend up and jump upwards. Your momentum will carry you forward. It is like a tree if you jump to the limb you will swing up without trying!
Video attached that shows a vaulter bending the pole with the swing!

if you have Vaulters Block in the swing that is a different solution to write about in a few days!
