how to turn

how do you teach someone to turn when they have been jumping for years with going over the bar on their side?

my coach made me do pop-up turn drill's then once i was comfortable with those i was put on a small soft pole then gradually worked up to my competition pole.

i always used to "corkscrew" or turn as i was going over the bar and doing all these fixed it
speak softly and carry a big stick

Do it the same way as you would with a beginner... Take them to the sand pit and do 1's and 2's with a bungie on some hurdles. Slowly make your way to the pit and back on steps. LOTS OF REPS. :yes:
