When vaulting, right handed vaulter, cannot stay centered on un-bending pole and ends up shifting left into pit and landing on left side of safety box/landing area, any idea why this may be happening, I feel she is following the pole and it is pulling her to the left, forgot to add that she pushes the pole down the runway

If she is roundhousing the plant (bringing the top hand from the hip to the fully extended position in a circular arc instead of a straight line) this can cause her last step to cross the centerline of the runway. This may put her in a leaning position, leaning slightly left. Also, if the plant is not up all the way at takeoff, the arm may be out at an angle away from the body. This will cause the pole to unbend to the left as well. Its very possible it has to do with something in the air instead, but if you fix the plant and take-off it will most likely alleviate the problem.

There are two common reasons for this, the first is that her plant is off, which would obviously leading to her landing being off. Make sure that she has a nice plant, not round-housing, back-housing, etc. The second is that after she plants, she might be pulling on the pole, which would also lead to her landing off.
