How high should I be jumping if I am using a 14' 140 and I am 6' 135.

you guys are mean, njvaulter more impoartantly where is your grip? look at advantage athleics progression chart of handgrip etc.
Yeah we are...all in fun njvaulter. I know what chart your talking about though Kyle. I would say the list says roughly 13'8 for a 13'6 grip. Not to say someone couldn't jump higher/lower than that though. The list is a good training guideline that can give help you figure out your mids and such.
Retain faith that you will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties.

AS A GOAL
[color=blue][b]If you can jump at your handgrip with the pole in the box this would be normal.
Then without raising the grip find a way to use the speed of the pole and the Vault swing to gain a higher height. Once you start progressing in height you move to stiffer pole and inch the grip up proportionately.
Yes you can cheat the system and yourself by raising the grip higher right away and gain about 3â€Â
