Practice: Vaulting but not doing the rock back part

Unread postby bushy_12 » Thu May 15, 2008 10:03 pm

What is the best and safest way to do those drills where you plant and take off but you do not rock back. You are in a standing position through the while vault. I want to do this to practice keeping my bottom arm from collapsing at take off.

Thanks

And continuously try to raise your grip while still staying behind the pole into the pit...
