The Night Flight - Downtown Street Vault - Friday, May 22

We are still open to accepting a few more entries in to our Downtown Street Vault in Windsor, Ontario Canada, if anyone is interested. You would need a passport to travel across the border. I can send a technical package if you supply your email.

Event Site The event will take place in the downtown city center of Windsor, Ontario.
Directions The runway will be located at corner of University Avenue and Oullette Avenue. (300 Oullette Avenue for your GPS)
From Ontario take the 401 West to Dougall Pkwy, exit 13 toward Tunnel to USA. Dougall becomes Oullette Ave.
From the U.S. (via Ambassador Bridge) turn left at the first stop light off the bridge on to College Avenue (University Stadium will be seen on the right as you pass). Turn left at the first stop light at California Avenue heading towards the river. Turn right at the second stop light on to University Avenue, and end at Oullette avenue.
From the U.S. (via Detroit / Windsor Tunnel) turn left as you exit the tunnel and the event site will be immediately on your right side at Oullette ave.

All entries fees will be processed on site
Entry Fee $ 25
All athletes registered with their provincial/state track and field association.

Final Schedule
The women’s competition will begin at 6pm, and the Men’s competition will follow afterwards. The competition officials will be flexible with the start times if such circumstances are required.
Warmup Area
The warmup area is located at Dieppe Park, along the riverfront. There will be a suitable amount of parkland available for warmup jogs, runs, sprints, stretching and drills.
Poles
Poles will be taken from the warmup area to the competition area when the athletes are warmed up and prepared
Parking
Parking is available along the waterfront where the warmup area is located.
Qualification Standards
Soft standards will be set at:
3.50 Women
4.30 Men
Athletes who have not met the qualification standards may have their invitation request accepted, based on the total entry pool going in to the competition.
Height Increments
Will be determined based on the entry pool of athletes, and will accommodate a timely competition. Input from participating coaches will be taken in to consideration.
