We were supposed to have a meet today at Alma College, but the AD at Alma canceled it. I'm a little disappointed because I wanted to jump in SNOW for the first time ever! Oh well. Did anyone jump today in the great weather?

Is this the vaulter I sold a 16 175 spirit to a few years ago?
Hope college vaulter? My friend Ira had nothing but good things to say about the Hope college vaulters for michigan. He has a pit in his backyard in Jacksonville. I have been there a a half a dozen times. He has a 4th of july party/polevault meet. Its actually the saturday before the 4th. Polevaulting in the cold, and snow can be cool. Poles that are weak can work great. Vaulters can jump just as high. Take it easy

I am the guy you sold the UCS pole to a few year back. We got to jump at Ira's house in March for a day. It was the second time we have been down there. It was great to be able to soak up his knowledge again. He is such a smart guy and a great coach!
