Open/Masters USATF Meet @ EMU Sat.

Anyone going? I plan on jumping in the open division if I can suck it up and pay for a renewed USATF membership :eek:

The meet starts at 11 AM. Registration is from 10-11. Forms on michigan.usatf.org

Not bad, battling a tweaked groin muscle. Yesterday, I finally learned how to drive my hips and drop my shoulders properly. Next, I need to work on timing with all the pieces of the Petrov puzzle. Overall, still a work in progress.
